QC Series: Screen resolution not supported


I recently changed my screen resolution to a little higher and now my monitor only displays screen resolution not supported how can I fix this

What is the model of your recorder? It begins with a "Q" and is located on the front, back, bottom, or side of your system.

Depending on the model, I will be able to provide various solutions for you.

For the QC826, to change the resolution back, you will need to access the system from a browser to change the resolution to a lower setting.

Since identifying the NVR IP address requires some network knowledge, it may be easier for you to contact our technical support team to have them assist in changing your resolution. They can be reached @ 877-998-3440.

Otherwise refer to these steps to help you identify your NVR IP, and lower the resolution from a browser.

1: Connect your NVR to your network. (internet)

2: Download the ConfigTool: PC:

3: Open Config Tool your NVR should be identified in the tool.

4: Open internet explorer: in the url type in: http://YOURIPADDRESS:85 EX:

5: Login to your system - go to setup - system - display. Modify the “Resolution”
