Been waiting for 1 hour and still saying loading is there smoothing I should do or just keep waiting?

it should not take 1 hour. I recommend you manually turn the DVR off and try to reboot, and retry.

DVR keeps rebooting. Shows loading screen then turn off for a few seconds. What do I need to do?

if the system fails to boot, try opening the system, and disconnecting the cables from the hard drive. then try to boot without the hard drive connected.

Ok. I tried that and it is still doing the same thing. It shows a loading screen. Then shuts off. Then loading screen again.
