Introduction

DWELL IS USED TO CONFIGURE THE LENGTH OF TIME A SPECIFIED VIEWING MODE OR CAMERA STAYS ON THE SCREEN.

AS AN EXAMPLE, THIS DOCUMENT WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO SETUP:

4 CAMERAS TO APPEAR INDIVIDUALLY (1X1), FOLLOWED BY A 4 CHANNEL VIEW (2X2).

  1. Click Start in the Menu Bar
    • Click Start in the Menu Bar

  2. Click Settings
    • Click Settings

  3. Click System
    • Click System

  4. Click Output Settings
    • Click Output Settings

  5. Click the Add + button.
    • Click the Add + button.

  6. Select the 1x1 Viewing Mode.
    • Select the 1x1 Viewing Mode.

  7. Double-click the Camera you wish to add.
    • Double-click the Camera you wish to add.

  8. The Camera Name will appear once it has been added.

    • Click the Add + button.

    • Repeat Steps 5 - 7 to add more cameras.

  9. Select the 2x2 Viewing Mode.

  10. Click on a Quadrant to make a selection.

    • Double-click a Camera to assign it to that quadrant.

    • Repeat this Step to assign other quadrants.

  11. To remove a camera from a quadrant:

    • Right-click the Quadrant you wish to modify.

  12. Once completed, click Apply

  13. To enable Dwell:

  14. Click the Up and Down Arrows to adjust the Dwell Delay.

    • Click Enable Dwell

    • Click once more to Disable Dwell.

  15. A Dwell Indicator will appear at the top of the camera view when enabled.
