Good evening, I hope you can help me, I consider myself an advanced user in your products, especially with the QT5132 model, with 32 channels, since I have 4 teams in different business units, I had the need to do the firmware update to have p2p functionality, download the new firmware making sure of all the security options mentioned in this procedure, that it is the correct model, in my case the QT5132, that there will be no interruptions of any kind during the electrical update, give it the necessary time until it initializes the assistant, etc. everything went well, the update was applied correctly, I made the necessary configuration and the dvr was working without problems, until it was turned off manually, after turning it off, it restarts normally but exactly after 45 seconds of being normal, it restarts automatically, a and again every 45 seconds, this problem was replicated in the 4 teams, since at first the first team worked correctly,

I applied the update to the remaining 3 and now I have the same problem with the 4 teams after updating them and turning them off and on they all have the same problem, it is worth mentioning that I already tried to do the process of recovering the firmware according to this article that they published: https://support.q-see.com/hc/en-us/artic... -Analog-Recovery-Firmware

but it just doesn't do the recovery, the system reboots with the same version 3.3.0 and it keeps rebooting after 45 seconds, I ask for your help please.
