  1. From the System Login, click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter the Answer to your security question.

  16. Click Save

    • You password has now been changed.

I have a Qsee Dvr QC918B .I have forgotten my password and also i don’t have email programmed for the dvr.How can i reset my password?

I bought a store and it had QC958 and I pulled out for remodeling the store and now I dnt have the previous owner pass or email

you will need to contact our support team @ 877-998-3440. to resolve this. We may need to replace the system if you do not have access to the email.
