Introduction

When opening QC View for the first time, you will be prompted to allow permission to add photos to your device, and to allow push notifications. Q-See recommends allowing both for the best experience.

  10. Enter your device information.

    • Name: (Your Choice)

    • Address: IP or Domain

    • Port: 37777 (TCP Default)

    • Username: admin (default) all lowercase

    • Password: admin (default) all lowercase

  11. Select Start Live Preview

  12. Depending on the speed of the connection from the recorder and your mobile device, it may take a moment or two for the video to appear.

Are you using a local IP, such as 192.168? If you are, then you need to be connected to the same internet connection as the system.
