After recent Windows 7 Update (KB 4534251 - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...) the plugin no longer works on IE (32bit & 64bit). I have even tested on Firefox ESR and a portable version for Firefox 51 but it also fails to load. Would love for an updated version to be released, I just had recently purchased this system a few months ago (model QTH87).

Please contact our support team to have this resolved. Via phone at 877-998-3440, or on chat www.q-see.com/support.

Our plugins are working on windows 10 Internet Explorer, so I’m certain this issue can be fixed on your windows 7 machine.

Alternatively, you can use QT View to view the system. QT View PC/Mac
