  1. Download the Q-See Presidio app from your device's app store.

    • Ensure that your mobile device is connected to the Same Wi-Fi connection as your NVR.

  6. Go back to the Q-See Presidio app.

    • The Username is also the email address used to create the account.

    • Select the Camcorder icon to Start/Stop recording the selected camera to your mobile device.

    • Select the Viewing Mode icon to change the number of cameras you see at once.

    • Select the Smoothness icon to change the quality of the video feed.

    • Changing the smoothness to HD requires a fast upload speed (min 5 Mbps) at the NVR location, and a fast download speed on your mobile device. (min 5 Mbps)

    • Select the Speaker icon to Start/Stop listening to audio from a camera with a microphone.

I reinstall the Presidio app on iphone. After the Scan of QC code and give the device a name home-nvr THEN HIT THE PREVIEW. The screen keep spinning for ever, I check my home internet at the router and the NVR and everything is good.

Why is it keep spinning ?

by the way, I went into the NVR system at location where I get the QC scamn and saw the clouds is offline on my NVR device.. is it the reason why it keep spinning ? If it is true then how can I make the cloud device online ?

Van,

If your NVR is showing offline this would be the reason for the connection issues. Try disconnecting the network cable, and reconnecting. You may also want to reboot the NVR. If you are still having connectivity issues, contact our technical support team @877-998-3440 so we can further troubleshoot your network.

This worked great for my cell phone but when o went to add it to another cell phone I got an error that said this device was already registered. How do I get multiple devices connected.

Jennifer,

You will need to sign into the Presidio app using the same Account to have multiple devices. If you would like to “Share” access, limiting authority, follow these steps.

Go to Devices - Tap the 3 dots on the right side of your NVR listed. Select “Share”. The other user will need to have already setup a presidio account In the Share To field, enter the email address of the other presidio account. Set the period of time you want to share, there is no limit. Then choose Share at the bottom of the screen.
