  1. Windows Users are required to open Internet Explorer as Administrator in order for backups to be saved successfully.

    • Right-click Internet Explorer on your desktop or in the start menu.

    • Mac OS-X users can open Safari normally. Google Chrome is unsupported and not recommended for use.
