This app is trash. Hardly works correctly and the user interface is among the worse I’ve seen. You guys really need to support the latest builds. Safari and other modern browsers have removed the old WebKit you rely on. System is worthless to me now.

You can use Scan View in QT View on OS X.

Scan N view setup is in the last step.

The label with the barcode on top of the dvr is gone or ripped off. Is there another way to see the mac address in the menu or other options to setup the app for remote view?

what is the model of your system? It is located in different places based on the model.

Menu - information - Network (older systems)

or

Furthest Right Icon, next to the clock, click "Information" (Newer systems)

In the "Basic" tab, what is the Serial Number below the QR Code image?

Q-See -

I can only access when I’m in range of the router that is hooked up to the system. I can’t access it remotely.
