QC View is compatible with iPhones and iPads. QC View requires a compatible QC Series Recorder or Camera.

For Scan N' View setup, your Recorder or camera must be connected to an active internet connection.

  1. Open the App Store on your device.
    • Open the App Store on your device.

  2. Select Search
    • Select Search

    • Search for "QC View"

  3. Select "Q-See QC View"
    • Select "Q-See QC View"

    • While QC View HD may be used with iPads, the non HD version, QC View is updated more regularly and provides the best experience.

  4. Select Get to download QC View.
    • Select Get to download QC View.

  5. Once the download and installation is complete, select Open.

How can I view the cameras on my IPad,IPhone or Desk top computer my IP address change and now I can’t view my camera I have the QC view app on my mobile devices my IP address is

IT may be easier for you to contact our support team @ 877-998-3440. This seems like an issue of a dynamic IP changing, and could require the use or IP Reservations or setting a Static IP for your system. Alternatively, you could have a system that supports Scan N View, especially if it was purchased in the last 2 years. A Scan N View device would not require using an IP address.

I can view live video remotely or on the NVR, but the “filmstrip” icon on the results in a message of “no record” and the NVR seems to have no recorded video. I have reset the camera settings to default with no luck. What am I missing?

Also, the app is really not intuitive. Many of the symbols make no sense. It would be really helpful if there was some way to get labels to appear, perhaps click and hold to get an explanation of what the feature is.

In the QC View app, tap the 3 lines in the top left corner, at the very bottom, go to “Setting”. Then go to “Help”. In the Help section there are icon definitions and descriptions of functions.

I have installed the cameras at my office location and also installed mobile application in my iphone,

the problem is when i go away from location or out of wifi range,I am unable to see live video on my iphone.

i have also done the setup for port forwarding

please guide me what to do now ??
